SINGAPORE – Dutch design firm UNStudio has revealed their latest concept: Singapore’s The Scotts Tower will be a residential building towering 31 stories.

The 55-m-high air traffic control tower will be clad with a transparent skin that can change colour when there is a fluctuation in traffic.
